The Crossing Serita Jakes

The Crossing by Serita Jakes.
"The Crossing" is an unexpectedly good book. It's actually my new favorite book. The main idea is a murder of a beloved teacher 10 years before. The main character Claudia is still suffering deep emotional wounds from that night so her husband decides to take up an investigation to find that killer from that night. The book is an exciting journey through the investigation, the victims' experiences and their healing. My only problem with the book is that the middle can move a bit slowly at times. Other than that, I loved it. The ending is truly wonderful and uplifting. I would recommend this book to everyone!
I recieved "The Crossing" for free from Waterbrook Multnomah in exchange for my honest review.
